A propos

We are Sophie and Nicolas. A couple brought together by a love for wild nature… and by a slightly crazy idea: to take root, far from the noise, on a land that is free and alive.

Since 2016, we’ve been living on a small farmhouse nestled within 50 hectares of wild land, on the banks of the beautiful Guadiana River, in southern Portugal. Among these preserved lands, 11 hectares are dedicated to our olive grove, which we cultivate with patience, respect, and wonder.

We weren’t born farmers. We became farmers out of a deep passion for the land and a love for all living things. Here, every tree has a story, every season teaches us something, and every drop of oil we produce carries the memory of this place.

Our project is simple: to honor this raw nature, share its fruits with you, and show that another way of connecting to the earth is possible — gentler, truer, more sustainable.
