Our Story

We’re Sophie and Nicolas, the caretakers of your olive trees.

A couple bound by a love for wild nature… and a slightly crazy idea: to put down roots, far from the noise, on a free and living land.

Since 2016, we’ve been living in a tiny farmhouse nestled on 50 hectares of untamed land, along the beautiful Guadiana River in southern Portugal.

Among this preserved landscape, 11 hectares are dedicated to our olive grove, which we cultivate with patience, respect, and a deep sense of wonder.

We became farmers out of passion for the land and love for all living things.

Here, every tree has a story, every season teaches us something, and every drop of oil we produce carries the memory of this place.

Our project is simple: to honour this raw nature, share its fruits with you, and show that another way of relating to the earth is possible — gentler, truer, more sustainable.

Our Regenerative Approach

With us, nature reigns supreme.

On our land, nothing is forced, nothing is fixed. We observe, we listen, we accompany. We believe that no wisdom is greater than that of life itself. So we work with nature — never against it.

Our model is simple and radical: let life follow its own course. No aggressive ploughing, no chemicals — not even certified ones. We go beyond organic: we are natural. Here, trees grow freely, wild grasses are welcome, and the seasons set the pace of our every gesture.

Each intervention is thoughtful, minimal, deliberate. We don’t tame the land — we live with it, as partners. Because it’s in this preserved, sometimes rugged, always magnificent nature that our oils, our plants, and our honey are born — pure reflections of a fragile balance.

Protecting the wild is protecting the future.

It’s believing that farming can be humble, poetic, and powerful.

And that’s the path we’ve chosen — every single day, from our small farm along the Guadiana River.
